Eligibility for Returns

• Returns must be initiated within 30 days of delivery.
• Products must be unused, unopened, and in their original packaging.
• Due to hygiene and safety standards, we cannot accept returns unless they arrived damaged or defective.

How to Request a Return

• Email us at service@o-elan.com with your order number and a brief description of the issue.
• Our team will provide return instructions and if applicable, a prepaid return label.
• Once your return is received and inspected, we'll process your refund with 5-7 business days.

Refunds

• Refunds are issued to your original payment method.
• Unless the return is due to our error, shipping fees are your responsibility.
